It says 1 yr warranty and 60 day seller return? Maybe try and get ur $$ back bro. That does suck for sure though. +1 for ^^
I contacted customer support but they haven't responded... plus the sale was over 60 days ago. I bought the tent about 3 months ago and a month ago set it up for the first time unfortunately.

I'm going to continue using this as my veg tent but will for sure secure the lights a LOT better next time in case it decides to crap out on me again.

As for a new flowering tent, I was planning on getting either a growlab as suggested or a secret jardin.

Thanks for all the support guys! It helped take the edge off this stressful event.

One last question. I noticed since the hood fell, the glass is leaking air on the sides, what's the best way to fix that? I was thinking just getting new thicker weatherstripping from home depot

in general weatherstripping wont hold up to the heat of your HID lamps. they will crack and break down pretty quick. if the hood is bent out of square and thats whats causing the air leaks, look into Cork Gasket Material (pretty cheap at auto parts houses) use permatex to affix it to the edge of your glass and on your hood where the glass rests, so you got a thin strip on the edge of the glass and the hood so cork meets cork. this might fix the problem. put your glass on the hood and blow smoke onto the glass to see where its leaking, add some permatex to fill in the gaps between the two layers of cor where the air is leaking in. this shit is all heat resistant, for use in engines. it shouldnt deform or decay for years as long as you dont get the cork wet.

I have been using the same Secret Jardin for 6 years now. The supports hold my lights, fans, and filter just fine, around 100 lbs..
They are high quality tents...solid design and heavy duty zips and stitching.

Don't cheap out dude, it's nice to leave the house and not worry about the place burning down.

I agree with the guy above, Secret Jardins are built NICE. Quality structure and quality zippers. I actually have two of the Secret Jardin tents because I liked the first one so much.
