Damn the humidity

Generally I can harvest, trim, and hang a plant and within 4-7 days it's ready to dumped into jars. Not this time though. 2 weeks of rain have kicked my ass. Finally broke down and drug out a food dehydrator. Lowest setting with an empty tray between each loaded tray. About 3 hours and I'm finally starting to feel a difference. I've gotta come up with a better plan for dealing with the humidity.

Ain't nothing wrong with a slow dry.the dehydrator sounds a little sketchy to me.i have some gunslinger that's been drying for 13 days @60-65% rh @ 63-65°.smells awesome.what's your rh %?

Edit.get yourself a dehumidifier if your rh is outta control.
I have a decent dehumidifier and was considering putting it in my drying room? Would this suck out the mostiure from my buds out really fast?

Depending on you dehumidifier size, size of your room, relative humidity of the room and bud density.i have a humidistat set at 65% humidity which will turn ON my dehuey if rh% gets too high.my problem is my drying room is too dry,so I run a couple humidifiers.it gets a little too muggy in the room sometimes so the humidistat turns on my dehumidifier to keep things in check.i aim for rh% 55-63/65%.
