bongsmilie.........What up RIU.........bongsmilie

Been around a little while now learning from all the pros on this site, past and present.

So i'm running a journal now that I have some good looking plants in the cab:hump::hump::bigjoint:

Well I flower in a custom made 3x3 box with limited height. 2 HLG 3000k 304s and a Citizen 5000k 1212, about 230 watts. SOG/HST is the way to go for now until I confident enough to do a 4 plant scrog in there.

I'm using recycled Lowes brand soil and DIY compost with added lime and perlite.
The soil is a bit hot, but i'll roll with that over having to feed early. Megacrop and fresh coconut water will be the only supplement nutrients for this grow. I may slip in some Jack's BB on a few of them later for a comparison.

These are all two strains i've been running for a minute now. It's week 2 for some and week 3 for others. HSO Purple Trainwreck feminized, and a very GOOD bagseed Querkle that believe came from some hermed bud(no bananas yet). All except this one male bagseed I intend to collect pollen from when that time comes.

Some may ask why I run bagseed, well I'm not in a friendly state and until shit changes I'll be satisfied with what I got. I got lucky and ran across some great tasty strains that's right up my alley. I wouldn't mind a good hash plant or sour d like my I use to get a few years ago. Pickins is slim in my neck of the woods, but these strains are fire and not something I would find locally anyway so it's no sweat.

Back to it.

The veg spot, a 2x2 powered by 116 watts of 5000k Cree/Phillips bulbs. A couple more bagseed and two Querkle. I let the visitor hang around awhile to take care the flying pests, I think she peed in one of the bagseed, or some shit, got a lil leaf twist goin on one of them now. She took off in anticipation, i think. Going to veg these a bit more, transplant and flower. In a minute this spot will be another flower room for SOG from rooted clone under the 5000k spectrum.

I'll be keeping uzz guys posted on the grow as much as possible.

Any suggestions/critiques are welcomed.

Back for an update.

Things are movin along in the flower cab. The trainwrecks did not stretch as much as they usually do at this stage. Not sure what to make of that yet but everything is very healthy. Green stems and petioles on most of them, which is a milestone for me. They have been getting water off my sprinkler pump, comes from a nearby water source not tap or reclaimed. Great fishing all year long, lots of birds. My lawn does not complain and neither do my plants. Next feeding will be 5 grams of MC and tap water, then we go from there.

The stud is about ready to blow that load, its about time to make that move and harvest some pollen.

On to the veg cab.

My planning was bad so i had to get these flowering cuts off my small outdoor moms. They were some not so happy plants that i put in the ground outside over a hole filled with compost. They are doing very well and revegging, getting ready for a hot summer. Will probably cost me some reveg time but thats what im working with until the reggae cuts root, then ill make an assessment.

Got a couple more bagseeds going as well. The bigger of the two has that skunk thing goin already real nice. I'm hoping its another promising male to get some pollen from. If its a female, we will see what shes all about.

Until next, enjoy our Wild America....:bigjoint:

It's week 4/5 up in the tent. The broadies are very healthy under these old school QBs. Looks like another great cycle underway.

Uptake has increased on the 3 single cola plants, so they recently were fed 5 grams of MC. The others got plain water w/ 2 oz per gal of raw coco water. I believe the coco water has solved all calcium and magnesium issues. Even though the petioles have turned pinkish, the stems and stems look great and aren't really showing any deficiencies.
Its my goal to learn to read the plants and not just feed/water by a schedule. So far things look great and they will be getting consecutive feedings at 5 grams of MC for until i see signs of over fertilization. Gotta make sure they get all they need during these next few weeks.

A day or so after the last update the male started to do his thing-thing. So my first pollen chuck is done. The plants are definitely showing the signs of pollenation and I should have some good seedlydeeds to play with.20180412_085909.jpg
The male i used has a nice skunk to him. Not really resinous, but fast growing and single cola dominant. I wont be saving any pollen, because i suspect have another even more skunky male hangin out in the veg spot so we will see soon.
