Day 31. One plant has developed some yellowing and another one is starting . I'm not too worried about it. I haven't been feeding them much as I was most worried about overfeeding them. I'll hit them good the next time I need to water.

I got another 430 watts delivered but I won't be able to start assembling them until Tuesday. They sure don't act like they need more light.

Last night I was thinking of how I could do better going forward. It's pretty obvious that I haven't done much training. This strain is so branchy that lollipoping is out of the question. No room to work as all the floor space is used up so sog and scrog is out, I need to be able to move the plants to water them, the mother room is to small to do anything but a perpetual anyway.

I think a good experiment would be to do 4 buckets with 2 plants each and low stress train them which would basically consist of running them horizontally away from eachother.

I should probably try 4 buckets with single plant a piece and mainline them, though I am a little leary of all the extra veg time associated with that.

Mainline is a cool method. Def the best way to get even colas. Only way to go with it is to be vegging concurrently while flowering so you can play with the mainline method and not be pressed for time. It does add 2 weeks for sure.

I'll definitely give it a try, mommas room is gonna be really full when I do.

The 4 big plants got 600ppm of ferts and ph tonight. Ph in was 7.3 and runoff was a cool 6.5 on the yellowing plant. I think it's safe to say that they are running low on nitrogen.

I'm looking forward to assembling the new lights tomorrow. Almost doubling the wattage and being able to spread the girls out is gonna be nice.

wow mate they look so healthy strong and beautiful. i'm stoked to get my cxm22s even more now!
Really? They look absolutely terrible for a month into flower and who knows how long veg.

No surprise sitting on a dirty concrete floor with what looks like black mold in that back corner. Disgusting.

Good plants there dude! Pretty fucking epic for your first grow in 20~ years
Personally I would put that additional light bar as side lighting combined with cutting away some of the fan leaves to allow for more penetration into the center of the plant but imho you might be too far along to really take advantage of side lighting

Thanks for the compliment! 20 years ago might as well be two centuries. I had High Times for a grow guide until I sent off for a book, by mail. I wore out that book and it served me well but what is available today for knowledge and equipment isn't even close to comparable.

I'm already way way ahead of where I was last time.

So anyway, I have the two light fixtures operational. They assembled with only a slight hiccup. They still need to be installed and6 plants need a drink. It's already been a long day.

I plan on tying the plants down and get maximum canopy for whatever time is left. Whether that gets done tonight remains to be seen.
