if you want to, go for it. It'll focus energy on the top of the plant, if you do. Might take a very little bit of time to recover from losing a bunch of branches.

If you are using HID(s) simply bend the plant over, thereby exposing the bottom branches to more light. This will fatten the lower branches up...providing you with better overall yield.

The plant looks like its gone through a little N-diff commonly recognized by yellowing lower leaves that slowly rises among the other leaves. What are you feeding it? Are you sure of its sex, the stress from that kind of pruning can cause a hermie if it is flowered before it fully recovers from the stress, if that is your only plant and you are unsure of its sex than no don't risk it; if you have a number of plants than go for it and experiment

I just checked out a couple of your previous post and seems like that kid has caused you a lot of stress. Dont worry though growing gets easier each time as you learn so much. I wouldn't cut off the lower limbs as the plant is already very stressed and you don't want to hermie it. If you take a cutting now I would give the plant 2 weeks to recover fully before introducing 12/12. If you are already on 12/12 or want to flower a so as possible I would go ahead and flower the plant and than reveg or take a cutting 3 weeks after sexing. Yes a cutting taken at that time will slow flowering for about two weeks but at least it won't hermie. Good luck

the one thats in flower is ok the others are in veg....it might be lack of nutes cause when i first started i thought i gave them to much nutes so i backed off and went with when i felt i should give them some but since the mg i brought the plants back to what they look like and been giving them there nutes on regular..what would stop a plant from growing and just stay at one size....
