Cutting clones a week after flip

Ive read its called monster cropping, but is it worth it? I have a micro grow and 1 of my plants was the last seed I had of that strain. She's looking like I might want to keep her but I've never cloned and fear I might have waited too long. Plus shes small due to space, because my dumbass popped too many seeds, and I cant take more than one cutting if I want to get any smoke from her. Only 4 main limbs. Can I get the cut to take roots in a window seal or would it be better outside during the day and brought in at night? Or should I just send the whole plant into reveg by moving her out of the tent when lights go out? Super lemon haze is the strain and shes pretty.

You can take a cutting at any time in flower, no problem. If you take it after full flower mode is going, it will just take longer for it to start veg growth. I keep my cuttings on a 10x20 tray under a 7" humidity dome with a heating mat under the tray set to 75F, but I've also made clones directly in soil in a solo cup with a 1qt ziploc type bag over the top of the cup to keep humidity in. Cut some slits in the bag to allow the air inside to exchange just a little. Keep it somewhere that gets to at least around 70F. I use one 105w CFL 5000k in a metal parabolic reflector, like the ones contractors use that you get at the hardware store pretty cheap. Put the light on 24/7. Mine usually show roots in 10 to 12 days.

These were taken after 2 weeks on 12/12. All are healthy and starting veg. They are hardening off now under brighter light without humidity dome.

Good luck! ✌

Hey bud, Try taking a clone now. It will root slower than normal, but done right it will root. Same story @ 3 weeks in case this attempt failed. Better inside in a controlled environment. I've done this many times, but I bought a clone king cloner 6 months ago, so I have faster cloning than I've ever had. So i clone everything, if it's a loser it's gone, so I don't have to play catch up. It is still just cloning, good luck...

Best I can do at the moment. 60w led bulb, rooting powder, soil, water. I know it looks like shit, but could I end up with some roots?

How long have you had that set up? Are they still perky without having anything to hold in moisture? As long as they stay perky, then they'll root eventually.

I recommend you take 1qt plastic bags, cut a few small holes/slits to allow a little air exchange, and put them over the cups. Don't put the clones right up next to the bulb. Give a few inches separation.

Should I take the shade off then?

The shade isn't doing much for the clones. If the stray light isn't going to cause problems, then yes remove the shade.
Alright awesome. No bags but I have a humidifier with them in a small room and plan to keep them misted as often as possible. I'll pick up some bags tomorrow but will this environment hold em over til then? If this shit works I'm going to be cloning everything. Haha.

Do the best you can until you get the bags. The humidifier won't give them as much humidity as they want. Yes, once you get the hang of it, you'll have so many clones you won't know what to do with them all.
