Customs snagged my latest order.

USPS already had that law... All they need is probable cause which must be really easy for them to get!

It doesn't matter who is handling the package when it is @ customs before they get it.
Overseas packages are sent through customs no matter who is delivering it!

USPS has always required a warrant to search, which must be very simple to get for customs.

fuck ups they don't deliver on saturday.

I respectfully disagree. If the custom agents gently squeezes the package they can easily feel the breeder packs. The invoice says"shirt" but It feels like something wrapped inside the shirt.

I ordered from two different seed banks from the UK this month and both instances my seeds never made it the first time. Attitude resent my seeds and I did receive it the second time.
Funny thing is when I received Attitudes second package I also received the first package from TSSC at the same time. But no seeds in the TSSC package just green customs tape and a letter.

I think you may have misunderstood what just happened. Last week, the CA State Supreme Court ruled that a warrant is necessary for police to open a FedEx package:

Note that this applies to DOMESTIC mail.

Also note that in this particular case, the police probably could have obtained a warrant fairly easily had they bothered to try. All they'd really have had to do was go to a judge and say "FedEx alerted us to a package that reeks of weed, we'd like a warrant to search it". I think most judges would have no problem issuing a warrant to open and search a specific package under those circumstances. The real issue here was that the cops didn't bother.

With a couple of very specific exceptions (eg packages sent to diplomats at foreign embassies) Customs most definitely DOES NOT need any warrant to open ANY package crossing from outside the country into the USA (FedEx or not).

Not only that, but FedEX itself reserves the right to open any of its packages for any reason it deems fit, and they don't need a warrant to do so. . .its in the contract you sign when you ship a package by FedEX.

So no, FedExing something won't help you here.

Hey everyone been viewing this site's forums for a long time and finally became a member.I just recently ordered from attitude on 6/05 and it get intercepted and didn't arrive til 6/18 with just the shirt and candy.I ordered to many seed for the shirt and candy option to be stealthy in shipping.Luckily I got the guaranteed delivery and emailed the tude, they got back to me right a way and reshipped on 6/24.During the the time of talking to the tude i also order from sannies on 6/21.Both package arrived on 7/01 with the gear in them.Sannie I order two ten pack and got a free ten pack and the tude I got a 15 seed,10 seed,6 seed and five 2 free seed packs.Sannies come through with a very good job on stealth with a 10/10 on their job, just as good everyone says.The tude also come through and avoided the shirt as the stealth method and shipped it better for the amount of seeds I got, getting a 8/10 for stealthiness.I live the Midwest and my packages all went through Chicago one failed and two got through. Glad everything worked out in the end was getting a little worried when I started reading recent posts.All I can say is order no more then 30 seed total or it gets
a little sketchy.
