Customs confiscating seeds

Since I've been on RIU, I've noticed that a lot of people have had their seed orders intercepted by Cusoms. It's happened to me three times so far. I get their form letter, seeds are gone, I pout for a few days, then I make another order....lol. I've thrown away all of my Customs letters so I'm not certain of this, but......I'm just wondering if Customs or some other governmental agency might be keeping tabs on some of us. I don't remember for sure, but there might be some kind of a number on the letter. Might they have a file on individuals who's pot seeds were confiscated? I'm thinking they can use that # or perhaps names and addresses of people whom they've "caught". Or am I just being paranoid? (I just smoked a bowl....maybe I'm just being paranoid). Any thoughts on this?

Peace! :peace:

Stoners paranoia.

No but seriously, I think it is possible that they may keep a record. But if in the letters they say (from what I hear from those who have had their packages confiscated) that quote "...no further action will be taken..." on the matter, then do they legally have the right to put your name in a database if they say they won't take any further action?

That's an interesting thought. 8+ years ago I would guess no, they wouldn't do that. However.............Under George Bush, the man who claims to be a recovering addict yet can be seen within the past week sucking down a beer, who knows. I go with the assumption that I'm on a list. Not necessarily to screw me for the seed orders. Hell who knows what the freak is legal or not in these times. I'm not paranoid.....just curious and cautious.

Keep your tires inflated and tune up your cars engine regularly. We can save more oil doing that than we could produce by 4 years of drilling. :peace:

In the UK it's legal to have the seeds as a novelty, obviously it's illegal to grow it, but you could maybe try and say its just a novelty. Could work.

Whats up?I'm new here but I got a ? for yall.I ordered a 5pk of blue cheese from Amsterdam over a month ago.Never got anything. No letter,no empty box,and the company never recieved the package back.So they sent out a second one suprinsgly because most companies won't have anything to do with lost mail whatsoever. So it has been now over 3 weeks and the second order has not arrived,no empty box or letter.Company hasn't recieved either back.WTF is going on?Their customer service is great and they always respond to anything I ask so I can't see them just lying to me.And I've also called my local post offices and there is no trace of it anywhere. Can anyone help??
