So I did a rez change 2 days ago. I am using week four feed schedule from skunk labs. The next day I noticed a little browning on my tips. The next day after that I notices a little more.
my ppm was at 300 after rez change and the next day it was 150.
Under the led it looks much worse so I was bugging out but once I turned off the led i noticed its not horrible but yet its still there... what would you guys recommened?
or since my ppm is going down let her ride it out and just use a little under the recommendation next rez change.
Other then the few brown tips they are rocking...
I am noticing a huge diffrence on the ability of my roots to absorb water and nutes insanely.. super impressed

What's your pH, do you let it drift. What's the temperature like in the room, what light and how close.

Also what nutriants?

Roots look great.

Ph is always between 5.8 to 6.1 usually 6.1
Room temps between 74 and 77
1 of the Apollo Purple Sun 75x 4
2 of the Apollo purple Sun 192x1
lights are between 18 to about 22 inches above canopy
Skunk Lab Nutrient
water Temps vary from 56 to 68 degrees

I'm not entirely sure about the issue, you could try dropping the pH to 5.6 and let it raise up to 6.1. That way your within all the pH range.

If they are led lights maybe there is something causing it.

Also, how much trw do u add and how often?

just wondering what kind of plants... ( yes if i top off in veg. i bring up ppm to level i started at )... but one in week 2 of flower is in 5 gal. bucket roots are huge only 3 gal water fits have to top off twice a night 1/2 gal each time. res. change 2 / 3 days now to reset proper ppm's no burnt tips, but i know this plant can take a lot ( sour diesel ) grown a few times in dwc
skunk lab is low on ppm i don't get it burnt tips in veg. in flower b/c i push them to the limit than back down

i don't know led lighting
try to put water temp in the 60's 56 is a little to cold

Good Luck
your plants and Roots look real good

lol... going to out grow 3 1/2 gal. buckets

may have happen bye not topping off with nutes plant my have use some more of something leaving something to raise and burnt tips... just thinking out loud

You know guys I am gonna guess it the strain I am growing is just sensitive. The strain are 2 Dr. Kripplings Incrediable Bulk. and 2 delicious sensi star . the 2 sensi star look much better than the bulk
I am going to keep an eye on them. They still are growing and feeding so I believe they will be ok
Unfortunately When I designed my rdwc system I wasnt thinking that diffrent strains have seperate needs. Right now all my girls are in the same set up. So what I do to one I do to all. Next setup will be diffrent. Maybe 2 net pods in a 18 gallon tote and keep the same strains in the totes.
Ill keep a eye on them and keep you informed
thanks again for you'll help

Its been 2 weeks using the skunk lab nutes. I started at week 3 ran it threw week 4 and now I am going to transition into flower in the next day or 2. The defiency was minimal and girls seem happy.
I did a little grooming the other day. I have to start preparing my scrog netting.
So what Have I noticed diffrent using skunk labs products.
Roots Roots Roots. The root assist completely changed my grow. The root assist has turn my roots from mediocre to these beasts that absorb and feed my plants like super highway.
Girls have grown tremendously and the main stem is getting bigger and bigger by the day. They are drinking a gallon everyday now between the 4 plants.
I have been just topping off with water and calmag only because I still have to learn the right ratio of nutes to the water I have. Its alot easier to get ppm and ph when all the water is in one container as appose to getting a reading from my control bucket and waiting for the system to completely cycle. Anyways ill fiqurw it out for the flower stage.
Here are aome pics foe you viewing pleasure

Looking good,

Any pics of the Roots?

If you keep a note of the ppm of each plants, you can understand what works best.

Transition Time.
Did a rez change today. Use skunk labs feed chart and thier transition feed schedule. A small amount of Veg A Veg B and then Bloom A And Bloom B for a nice transition. After all nutes were added to R.O water my PH ended up at 5.84 and my PPM 385..
Love the low PPM numbers. I took the opportunity to take better pics. Of plants and roots.
Also started a new batch of root assist.
Take a look let me here what you all think.
I also turned on my 150 HPS I had just sitting around.
So now I am using
Apollo Purple Sun 300watt x 1
Apollo Purple Sun 192 x 2
HGT Supply 150 watts HPS x 1
right now my lights are on from 6am to 10pm.
Everyday I increase the start time by 1 hour, so today the turned on from 7am to 10pm and tommorow they will turn on at 8 am till 10 pm and so on till they are on 12-12.

Man they look great,

You can defiantly see you had issues at the start with the darker roots, the new root growth is perfect. The root assist would have populated the root system, really impressive stuff.

They look real healthy, i can see a slight nute burn in one of the pics. Whilst using the root assist the plant will be very sensitive to nutrient strength, that's why skunk labs run a realistic feed chart. Also the amount of air in the system can reduce the need for higher strength nutrient, even possible to burn the plants with hogh volumes of air and strong nutrients. Thats why UC systems don't recommend going crazy with airpump size.

All right my friends. First of Ide like to thank Terry385 and gand3r and everyone else that chimed in.
My girls are healthy and strong. I am super impressed with what Skunk Labs has. I am a happy happy man.
I am just in my transition from veg to flower. From day 1 using the bloom schedule my ladies have grown exponentially.
Maybe I am overly impressed cause my first grow I would not say it was a failure by any means, but nothing like this round.
Well with that being said I probably wont continue this thread. Ide like to start a grow journal(if I can find the time). And ill continue my updates there.
I have everything written in a log. I can go back to the day I was prepping the seeds all the way to today. I have daily pics.
Maybe itll help someone who is learning and has ran into the same issues I have.
Again THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOO much definitely wouldnt of made it over this issue with out you alls help.
