Current Culture cages vs Trellis

Morning All

Question how do you cage or trellis your RDWC systems.

Long time grower, recent RDWC convert.
made a big mistake by not controlling the growth of the girls in my system and they got out of hand and un manageable.

Do not Want to spend top dollar on the Under Current cages.

Do you think it would be OK to put the cheap cages in the buckets to help secure ? I would drill holes in the lids and insert cages in the holes.

Should i just build the trellis system for the plants ?

Tomatoe cages will work fine, just make sure they're secure..

nice setup! i'd probably think about building a trellis system out of fencing material and lumber. seems like one cage per bucket would be a pain in the ass

Thank you. Might try one in the bucket full of water and media before I populate it.

Thank you. I was thinking about PVC. Easier to clean and move ? I hate harvesting with a Trellis, but love the canopy management.
