Curling downward leaves PLS HELP PICS

I am very new to growing. Right now I have Traveling Thai and Snow White growing. One of my plants for some reason started curling downward of course its dying I have cfls on the plants and I am on 12/12. I think I might be watering the plants to much but now I have calmed down on that watering them 2 times a day and I keep a fan on them 24/7. I want them to be humongous because I am going to be doing a gorilla grow near my house. So I is the lighting cycle correct and what can I do about my plant with the downward leaves.

You are watering way to much! (assuming it's soil) That is most likely the reason you're leaves are curling down, so let them dry up a bit! As for the light schedule, you've got them in flower...if you put them outside they will have to go back to veg...change your light cycle to 18/6 or 24/0 if they are going outside.
