Curling and twisting leaves? What's wrong?

Soil is fox farm happy frog.Temp is 78-83 w/ lights on w/ RH of 60-70, lights off temp is 68-75 w/ RH of around 58-62. I recently had a nitrogen toxity and I flushed out with pH water of 6.6. They bounced back pretty quick, still have some dark glossy leaves but they're coming back. I just fed them the other day w/ HALF the nutrient dosage per gallon and they seem to be fine other than the fact that HELLA leaves started curling upwards. What could cause this problem? Today is week 4 day 4 in Veg mode, it has been like this since for 3 days. I will veg for this last week and begin flowering.
Please help! Here are a bunch of photos attached.
ALSO, my plants are about 36 in from the light (KIND LED 750w) and my plants stand about 13-16in. Shouldn't they be much taller during this time (it's my first grow) or is this normal? Is the light too far away?

I feed about 4 cups of water each plant every 3days or until they're dry about 2 inches deep.

Here are some photos.

the led lights keep plants short , node space is tight , looks like too much nitrogen to me but need better pics , u need to put plants under white light to get clearer picture , good look

Too much Nitrogen by the look of things, as TT said above a pic with it in normal/daylight would help considerably

Definately need to dial back the N in your feedings or put more space inbetween feedings ....I also notice you have purpling stems and if it's not a strain that is known to purple and your temps are getting super cold during lights out you may wana refer to the deficiency chart floating around to see what the cause of that is ......GL

I cut down to half the nutes I used regularly, and gave two feedings with just water. The curling didn't start until after I cut back the N and rinsed with water. It's hard for me to figure out what the real underlying problem is with them. And my temperature never reaches below 68

I'm gonna be switching over to flower in 3 more days so I have a full month of veg, I'm growing a Gelato cut and I'm guessing it's a harder strain to grow than some, unsure if it is supposed to have purple stems, the main stalk is green and only some of the stems are purple.

over feeding my man , just plain water for as long as it take don't ph adjust ur water going in , just check the run off , if u got problems now u gonna have bigger problems if u flower in 3 days , u need to fix this problem first otherwise u gonna affect ur final product

Happy frog runs hot from what I here I think everyone here has covered what I'd suggest, cut back on nutes , regulate temps , monitor pH , aim low with pH as soil runs hot for about 3 for weeks....same when u transplant since ur adding more soil...

Thanks y'all. I probably will push back flower for a few more days until this problem is fixed. Also I noticed this almost soft powdery like stuff on 2 leaves so far. Anybody know what this is? And how to get rid of it

Air flow and get on it (Looks like PM). Other poster's are right about a regular light photo. Hard to tell with the Led photos.

Baking soda in water in a spray bottle for that.
