Curling and Brown leaves?

Hey guys so my plant is currently under 150w of CFL in a all white cabinet. Temperature at 78 degrees F. Coco Coir 3 gallon bucket. Plant is in vegatative state. What i think is happening is under and over watering. I flushed it one day because they were very dark green for nitrogen. So didnt water it for a couple days because it began to wilt. Then when i went down today it was still wilted with new shoots and curling brown leaves (tips) The coir was very dry. Watered with some superthrive and nitrogen. Hopefully it recovers.

meh no worries. i've done 1 grow where i fucked up and burned alot of the fan leaves and left them. and my buds still came out nice and beautiful. but nutrient burns r typical for alot of grows if your not focusing on ur ppm and ph.

its growing a lot more fresh shoots but they get curly and just bad.
