Curled leaves, weird

I just started week 4 of flower today, but for about two weeks now I've noticed my ladies leaflets that are on the flowers are curling. Been trying to research what it is, but didn't find much on how to fix it. I read it was the plant perspiring too much, which can also be said is due to humidity, but my humidity is steady at 35-45. The pic I'm posting is not of my plant but it's exatctly the same

my set up: DWC, PH 5.7-5.9, water temp 68 deg Farn., room temp 69 deg, 1000 watt hps, inline duct fan, no heat even if I touch my cool tube, ppm 1200-1500, air stones,

so what the heck can make my leaves like this?

ps...I just realized I have two accounts
Mr.Buds and Mr.Budz

Are all the leafs doing that? If not no worries. How ever if a lot of leafs are doing that you got the "claw" might be cause your ppm is a lil too high. Bring the ppm down.

I say... Looks like a fine little leaf growing out from a bud...
If you constantly are looking for problems, I ask why?
It's a growing bud... It will grow more tight wrapped leaves in the future....
I have an unwrapping leaf right now, that looks like a worm...
"Hey babe, is that a worm? "Where?" "Right there, look" "Look again... that's a leaf unwrapping it's first growth"
Good Luck...

I'm not " looking" for problems, but I won't deny what I know the plant is not suppose to do. After research and analyzing other plants, I do believe its a nitrogen overdose. Thank you guys
