Curled leaf?

I have a couple one week olds and they were a little close to my CFL, they were gold but have since gone back to green. Their leaves are still messed up I think, what does it mean if leafs are curled up like opposite of when they appear clawed from being over watered? Was the burn too bad maybe?

Unless its a very high watt cfl and reaaaaly close I doubt the burn could be that severe.

Its a 150W, 42 actual watts, the tips of the leaves formed a V and the tips of the leaves were on the light for a few hours, enough to effect their entire body that's why they were gold was overheating, but they look normal and are growing just with the messed up curl in the old leaves.

the curl will remain, though the leaf will get bigger. just don't burn anymore leaves

Damn first ones I grew I stretched from inadequate lighting, but they wound up fine. These I burn from trying to intensify the light too much, guess I found the best middle the hard way.
