Cum On My Plants????

Im not sure what it is! Im a new grower and there are little white lighter color specs on my leaves WHAT IS IT? and how do i get rid of it? ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Also I just got 6 new clones from the clinic (master kush) They have rooted pretty good but not BUSTING out with roots. And i put them in 6in pots filled with rockwool cubes, im using a 2x2 ebb n flow system does anyone know how many times i should flood a day and if when i should start using nutes?

Sounds like you are splashing water on the leaves and it is drying there. Leaving spots like a carwash or dishwasher.
