Just kidding ... But seriously , your grow is one the right path.
I like doing CFL grows myself once in awhile mostly because of space issues.
I typically run LED grows ( marmalate , blue dream , zombie OG , afgooey ) now going
BUT really like growing with CFL lights. I built a hood assembly about a year ago and use 12 CFL bulbs on Y-splitters with a concave metal hood.
It is really quite effective for my needs . I suggest a mixed spectrum for your grow ( veg cycle ) then add slighty more 2700k during flower. You can also do " straight " 2700k for flowering also.
For your seedlings just use one bulb ( 5000k - 6400k ) per seedling.
Keep around 2" from seedling.
Make sure you have adequate airflow OVER canopy. CFL can and does put out some heat although less than most other light systems. Plants need air movement to simulate the outdoor environment and promote stronger stem and branches. This will help any heat issues - without this air , your plants will stress under the lights. Kinda like a burger under a heat lamp !
I would ( at your growth stage ) raise light a few inches only.
Reason : to make plant stretch a little towards light ( in turn grow larger )
CFL doesnt have the deep penetration as other lights BUT you can play with closer distances.
Otherwise , pretty nice plant and structure ( shape )
