Critical + Grow

So my baby popped on June 11 under a humidity dome, in a starter peat pot. At that time I had just ordered my new light set up. Sadly for my past grow I only had a 27watt flouro desk lamp to start, so for about 2 weeks the seedling was under this light.

Now I have my new set up. (2) 42 watt cfls one is 6500k and the other is 2700k to make the most of them I'm just using both instead of switching out at flowering to make the most of those lumens! She was topped last week and responded quite well. I topped the third true node after 2 full sets of leaves grew in, hopefully I waited long enough!

I'm looking for any tips, and critique is welcomed!:weed:

Tried the "make it rain" approach to my watering schedule, watered with filtered water until a decent proportion ran out. Even though the plant remains abot 6in. tall, I think I'll start flowering at 7/11. A month is a decent amount of time for my vegging period considering my closet shelf is only about 3' 6" but I'll make due. I'm going to try propagation (cloning) about 2-3 weeks in to keep a perpetual grow going. I'm worried it might not work too well as I don't have a small hydro system yet, which would be optimal. Anyone have experience with this kind of technique? What medium is good for clones? Keep it green!

Yup, she is. Only topped her, I don't know how she is so bushy already, the wattaged I moved up to is infinitely better already! Thanks for stopping by F.E!

i tried using fluoros no cuttings myself and i never got that type of close node growth. i say i'm impressed and now i want to know if i'm being lied to. either way i enjoyed your post of the seedlings u chose for us all to view. thanks..vry

With that fluoro my first plant was a stick with a gram nug on the cola lol. No lie, the CFL's do the work, I honestly can't tell why it's doing so well, but crossing my fingers that it continues!

Two more pictures, a new set of leaves woo!

Forgot to mention my nutes! Alaska Fish Fertilizer! NPK is 5-1-1 so thats why she doing so well a nice boost of nitrogen. I didn't even realize I don't have a high P-K fert for flowering :?

Getting more and more dense everyday. But she really isn't getting much taller, I'm really hoping I didn't stunt her grow. Stay tuned.

Question for anyone who stops by how are TGA Subcool genetics, anyone with hands on experience get at me, I've been looking into them for next grow.

Took a cutting off the lowest branch minutes ago. used 50-50 organic jiffy mix and perlite. The mother is 2 days into flowering so hopefully it wont stunt my clone. Have a humidity dome in use. Any comments? Questions, come on people we need to learn together! Wish my clone, and myself some luck

And a nug shot!

Looking good man, keep it up. The CFL's definitely do better in the early stages of life. I am noticing in my grow more and more how the plants wished they had more light. They do get the job done though. ;D

Thanks Dabupp, subbed to your grow, looking great! And yeah cfl's are still a far cry from the sun I'm realizing hahah
Thanks man! Yours are coming along equally as good. At the same time though, do not underrate CFL's. Many people on these forums have accomplished amazing grows with them!

Bad news all, I broke my flowering bulb, going to be a few days before I pick up another, and hopefully won't have to order one. Update with pictures on the way

keep up the goodwork. be sure to share pics
Thanks F.E. and here ya go. Shes getting taller everyday now, now I just need to grab another 2700k. all in all I'm loving this plant, really strong genetics and is an easy grow. The clone is looking great. Woke up today before work and all the leaves were suspended on their on, no longer sitting on the surface of the dirt, good omen that roots are getting started? I think so =D
