Yes, that driver puts out 1.05A (1050mA ) and can run 4 or 5 vero 18 in series. Each led will draw ~30w because the forward voltage is 29.5v and current is 1.05A.

The COBs won't mind either way, but the HLG-185H-C and HLG-120H-C drivers are 93-94% efficient so it will save you a few watts, reducing heat directly.
The driver you linked should work for the Vero18, but it has a low efficiency (84%).
I can verify that, I tested the HLG-185H-C1050A at 190.3 Vf to be 93.2% efficient, although there could be some error there because I was relying on a cheap Watt meter on the AC side. But HLG is definitely and example of a driver done right.
What about the LPC-35-1050?

What is the difference between this and the APC model?

How is Mouser and DigiKey with shipping to Yourope?
you have to pay customs. it usually is a bit more than the price you alkready paid for the items.. For example lets say that my order is 100 euros, i may pay 120-150 at the customs.... it is not cool at all...
@stardustsailor - yep, for me too! i'm looking for 8x pieces of Veros29, instead of CXA3070AB's.@stardustsailor could you help this fellow traveler out with a European
source for COBs that don't have to pass through customs?
The language is turned to italian but you still pay the customs as the supplier is at US. THe just have the language of many countries, I think so.... Did you see that the have a European warehouse?
