Cree bulb suggestions please...

image.jpg I have an extra small tent (pic attached) to maintain two mother plants that I will grow into a vertical scrog up three walls of the tent.
How many and which bulbs would you suggest from the Cree bulbs at Home Depot?
This is just to maintain mothers, not for flowering.
Note: the bulbs will hang down the middle.

If your dead set on the cree bulbs, you want to use the 5k Day light bulbs.
Just figure out your square feet and shoot for enough 9w bulbs to give you about 20-25w a square foot, maybe less.
Start with the minimum and add as you see fit.
That should be suitable to maintain mothers.

I'm open to suggestions. Let me know what you're thinking.

Also, is 20-25w/sqft needed for vegging a mother or are those the numbers for flower?

I switched to a DIY vero 10 set up. There's a ton of custom builds in this section and plethora of info.
You could probably just hang two 9w bulbs over a each mom and be fine. Those are bright.
2 would be 1600 lumens and 18 watts.

The chimney is inside out. The black side is supposed to be on the inside, and the shiny side out (inside the tent). It's meant to be a light trap.

Thanks.
That's just the eBay pic whoever I bought it from took.

But I do need to correct my other tent ;)

I recently tested the 15W version of these flood lights. Actual power consumption is 4W LOL. Vero10/CXA1512 sized COB with a decent heatsink and nice reflector. They do run a little warm and need thermal paste added under the COB, but for less than $3 it may outperform the commercial bulbs we have access to in the US.

I will check this one out next $8, 9W and seems like a good size heatsink.
