That "Wite stuff" is called mold and is very bad for plants.

How does this mold occur and how can i get rid of it? Because i had the same problem with different soil and then i bought a new pack of organic soil and im getting the same result....

just looking at that pic, theres condensation even on the sides of the cup, too much moisture coupled with heat and humidity usually creates mold.
