CPU Heat sink and fan

hi has anyone tried using these to fix single cob to? Think might be a simple solution for 1 or 2 cob in little cupboard. Is there a max recommend cob if so?

yep. works fine. just blows hot air down on the plants

No, they won't blow hot air down on your plants. It will blow horizontally out the side of the heat sink, the only way it could possibly go, then will rise to the top of the tent/room.
I'm sure if you visit the website they will list how much heat it can take. I would go with Arctic Alpine 11 or 64 personally.
