CP busted in Vancouver

Police raided an east Vancouver pot shop Tuesday, following allegations that marijuana was being sold to customers without a medical marijuana licence.

The Vancouver Police Department will continue to investigate after executing a search warrant on Budzilla, a marijuana store at 2267 Kingsway. During the search, police found dry marijuana, as well as THC-infused edibles, such as candy and cookies.

“The appearance and packaging of many of these items could be potentially very appealing to children,” read a VPD statement. “Drugs were allegedly being sold to virtually anyone that walked in the door, regardless of whether they had a licence from health Canada to possess marijuana or not.”

Police said Budzilla products were also found being sold illegally at other pot shops.

Customers and staff arrested during the raid were identified and released without charges, pending further investigation.

So they allege.... Come on people. Its a fucking news paper reporting that and that's what the cops told them.
It's gong to be a regular occurrence. LEGAL OR NOT!!! Trust me!!!

If you sell pot. Plan on being put into the system. :lol:

Lol hopefully isolated case of someone getting greedy and selling to non med users ALTHOUGH what does sold to customers without a medical marijuana licence mean? They didn't have proper doctor signature, no in MMPR or current MMAR PPL?

So that's not bad. Basically stick to dried products and if you do sell edible products make sure they are in child proof packages or boxes or in a form that might not attract a childs attention. Yes yes its silly to think that, but they just stated what they are looking for if you dont want to get busted.

Wouldn't be the first time the government helped them/gave them work to keep them busy.

The police could be charged with Criminal Negligence. Think about it. :lol:
Allowing an illegal activity to go on, knowing full well the harm THEY say it can do.
Better yet. Health Canada. For just about everything they let slide.

I think the reason they can get away with it is they are not RCMP but city police. On the other hand Mission and Abbotsford BC RCMP are also looking the other way when it comes to grow ops now unless you're a heat bag and retarded enough to have your neighbours notice what you are doing and complain about it.

I'm confused, so you want the police to shut down all dispensaries? Because they are illegal.

I give the Vancouver City Police Kudos for taking their stand on the situation. It's a travesty that prohibition of cannabis has gone on this long. Nobody should be incarcerated for committing a non violent crime, that has no victims. It's just ridiculous, the best way to change this injustice is to vote Harper out..

Cannareview, No matter who they are. They all let it fly.
All good mind you but if they are gonna charge people when ever they want, for the fact that CC's are in a grey area....the police should be charged as well for letting it occur.
Same shit different color is all.

You bring up a good point. I was thinking the same...like I said, go into court with that vcvr police ammo...
