Fluffing up your brick, will never alway pass for mids.
It might make then look better, though you might lose some of the trichromes in the process.

It will smoke better, so yeah i guess it could. Water cured weed always looks worse though, even if it's dank to begin with.

nicely put i agree bricckweed is always brickweed thats why i stick to the dank. and trust me here in fla you get some pretty good brick but it still sucks i want something with 18%+THC just my opinion though

It will smoke different, look terrible.
I love watercured bong rips. But it is much different than smoking great pot or even the shittiest pot though. You could never sell WC brick weed as mids. The manicuring is not as tight, the buds arent as tight, I find that it gets brittle, and there is zero bag appeal (the color is off / the buds shrivle / it is brittle and would be dust in a bag). I WC when I get shitty pot as a way to save it. But I would never buy WC weed.
I have heard you can remoisturize the brick by putting a wet paper towel in a jar or rubbermade and it will fluff up but I have never actually tried that though.

thanks for this thread. i was considering water curing some Hawaiian snow super strain thinking it'd be insane (oil is meant to be 23%), but now i've heard it tastes like ass, i'll just dry the shit normally... besides, I doubt it needs to be any stronger than it already is

I will say that it is different but I would not go so far as to say that it tastes like ass.
When you smoke pot you get all that great green taste and aroma. That is all gone when you WC. But the plus side is that it smooths out the smoke like nothing else. You can take massive bong rips because the smoke is incredibly smooth and it doesnt burn your throat / lungs.
I like to smoke WC if I am going out because there is no pot smell to cover up. I have seen guys smoke joints in groups of people and nobody knew they were smoking pot. It is great for incognito.

That is completly false.
There is a point and you dont have to do it right after harvest. You will smooth the smoke out at the sacrifice of taste (which for me has ALWAYS been the reason for the cure because BW is usually super harsh around here). You will get it wet and the buds will fluff up and un-compact (it is still going to be ugly because I have never had tight buds from BW). It will dry without molding and the smoke is super smooth. I have done it a few times and I have never had anything close to worse weed after curing.
