I have 3 seedling here, two are 4 days old the others 3 days. I had to bury the one down as it was getting a little tall and starting to bend to one side so i lowered the rockwool cube to give it more support.

Pics arent the best quality but i was wondering if a more experianced eye could take a look and let me know what they think. Ph is stable and lights are on 18/6.

Thanks in advance.

Hahaha a gay seedling i like it.

Sorry perhaps i should have made a better post, as this is my first grow i was just wondering if they looked ok? As i say the one was bending over so i have lowered it. Im not sure what there meant to look like after just 4 days.

your doin just fine.

bowing is common in seedlings, especially in rockwool, bc of its rigidity sometimes roots can have trouble penetrating so any root growth can push the plant up. ive heard pre-perforation of the rockwool cubes helps that.

you can keep lowering the cubes untill the roots start to show, after that repositioning them could damage the roots, not as big of an issue in soil, but can lead to a whole shittonne of root infections in a hydro system.

Cheers dude thanks for the advice, the one i lowered today had a very small root coming through it so im hoping it will be ok, there looking green and healthy and if any of the other do start to bend to much i will lower the cubes.

As the seedling on the right is gay lol i may name it quentin crisp:)

the hardest part for me is patience, when they just pop up all i want is for them to grow big and fast.
just make sure you got a fan on them to help develope strong stems, keep them close to the lights to avoid exssesive stretching and they will be big before you know it
if you do want them growing faster you could always switch to 24/0 light then 18/6 and finally 12/12
