has nothing to with ganja, but w/e im a little confused
this kid snitched on me to some cops a few weeks ago, so i saw him today, and he said he was going to cut me or some shit, and beat the fucking shit out this kid, and i guess hes "injured" and his 38 year old dad sent me a message on myspace lol...all "you got an asskicking coming to you boy, better hope the cops get to you before i do boy!" the cops have been called, but dont know my last name, yet, they know what truck i drive though
im pretty sure it was self defence, the kid was going to get his knife, and i laid his ass out and beat the shit out him
pretty funny his 38 year old dad is going to try to find me, and im 17...lol

Its possible, but i would save what he wrote on myspace and show it to the police. Thats a threat right there. But you would have to prove self defense. I.E Witness's. So yes you could be charged. The good news is your 17, still a minor.

alright, thank! there was a few witnesses, and i saved it, but its been a good 6,7 hours and no cops have been at my front door, so maybe im lucky

thats going to make all the difference,


the dad threat letter was a pretty stupid idea for him to do as well

i walked up to him, he was fucking around with something in his pocket after he said that
and yea, telling his dad was a bitch move, on top of pulling my long ass hair while i was on top of him...

shit, im pretty sure the police are probly going to wait intill morning to take care of it then
some how his mom got put in jail through all of this, with a $500 bail, im not sure why, i got in my truck and left after everything was over with, probly child neglect, she smokes with her kids

him being 17 wont matter in court. he's still gonna get charged w/assault and battery as an adult. but op, your still young, after a few years you wont even remember what rights and freedoms you threw away to teach some punk a lesson.......

just tell the cops he threatend u with a knife, show em the myspace shit and they'll realise this family r a fucking bunch of wasters.

They're not going to charge u, just 2 kids having a scrap

the cops in us have cracked down greatly! fist fights in middle school gets charges pressed now even! they arent messing around with that shit no more. part of the whole anti-violence kick america is on.
