Could a SINGLE pollen sac pollinate all of two plants?

Hi all ,The thing is i have two plants in flowering which turned hermie with two male flowers on each plant,I picked them off & everything has been fine since. Today i noticed another male flower growing(Just the one). I would like a few seeds so i was thinking if i left ONLY ONE male flower on the plant that it would only be enough to pollinate a small part of the plant? or is it possible that one male flower could pollinate my whole grow?

I know there is other options, removing the sac & putting some pollen on a bud site but im just trying to take the easy root & leave the plant to do the biz itself.

Much appreciated.
Thanks :bigjoint:

Yep. I would say there is enough pollen in there to polinate a hundred plants.
Depends on if it gets there. Indoor grows we use fans so that will do it.
It will easily get to them both.

Big deal, If you want seeds then do it. You still get smoke out of the crop and you have sooo many more.
Ya know herm seeds are 90% female.

Thanks man

Yea i suppose the more seeds the better eh,a nice little investment just leaving that sac there. A good chance of fem seeds you say, sounds even better :).

Thanks again for the info.

i think if you looked under the microscope of a male pollen sack you would disagree

every macro picture of a pollen sack i have seen hasnt had more than 35-50 possible "sperm donors"

if one microscopic piece of pollen lands on your pot and it fertilizes its female counterpart, i am pretty sure you only get one seed per "piece" of pollen

so i would say one ballsack in your grow room could pollinate all your plants, but there would be minimal seeds produced

it also might just pollinate the plant closet downwind from it ... which might give you 40 seeds on that one plant and none on the others

basically it could be 2 seeds on 20 plants or 40 seeds on one plant or 20 seeds on 2 plants ... a ball sack only has so much pollen

Thanks for that mate , very interesting, im waiting on a microscope so hopefully i can check this out.

Depends wat quality of seed u hav. If it turned Herm easy then it's Offspring will b just as unstable & this will b an ongoing problem u hav in all ur grows.
Hi mate ,I think they turned hemie from me stressing the f00k out of them, lol, beginners mistakes & all that but they are doing ok at the minute.

Thanks
