cotyledons turning yellow and brown, leaves okay

its a seedling, 1 and a half weeks. the leaves are fine but the cotys have turned bronze.....

i have another seedling that is getting yellow cotys too and its only on its first true set.

had ph fluctuations, and i adjust it in my water, so maybe overwatering?

no thats fine man. those dont matter and always die once the plant has established sufficient vegetative growth to make food, i.e. 1 or more leaf sets. as long as the rest of the plant looks good they're ok

the thing is its not a problem or a disease, its how the plant matures. as long as the rest of his seedling looks and acts healthy, it's fine. bongsmiliethe cotyledons die off of all seedlings wen they dont need them anymore :-)

Is it normal if you have the same condition about the leaves turning yellow brown then falling off but the plant is in its flowering stage with the white hairs n all ?

its only normal for the COTYLEDONS to die and fall off wen the plant is very young. wut u hav is a different problem

its spreading to the other leaves so i repotted.

the soil was almost dripping wet.

it was overwatering.

Yes tupac is correct. The Cotyledon (small rounded leaves) serve a purpose when the plant hasn't developed it's "true" jagged leaves yet. This purpose is to help feed the plant until it can take care of itself. Once the jagged leaves sets grow, and the plant can produce it's own chlorophyll, the Cotyledon wither and die, thus falling off. This is completely normal and as long as your true leaves are still green and healthy-looking, your plant is perfectly normal.:bigjoint:

(I know it's 2 yrs later...but still if anyone else wants to know) Well...if it just sprouted moments ago give it some time...it will become green as it soaks in some light.... Most probably urs is a hybrid plant.
