As i checked my 2 day old seedlings today, i just discoverd that their cotyledons tips looks dry and turning greenish black, what can be the posible cause of this? and will it still survive?

Are you feeding them all ready, are you hydro or dirt, if dirt what kinda dirt,ect.... need more to help.

Using organic type of dirt, watering with neutral phd tap water, still no ferts for now just plain water. it started when i removed them from its humidity dome, temp around 85f max. growing white widow strain.

how often are u watering? what type of lighting and how far away? to be honest w/o a pic im not gonna be able to really for sure say what it is. i'll do my best but still......

sorry just uploaded the pic, anyways i water when it feels dry using 100w cfl, 5 inches away from the lights

bring the light a few inches closer if you can, preferably about 2 inches away. so how often does it feel dry? you may be overwatering, cannabis needs wet-dry cycles and if you only go by the top the rest of the soil can still be wet and then you get rootrot issues, among others.

did you cut the soil w/pearlite for proper drainage? if not thats what could be wrong with the soil which kinda brings us back to the whole overwatering topic.

i don`t but i used this kind of soil couple of times already, and this is the first time that i experienced this.

@darkdestruction420 your right its my soil, its too wet. so i transplated them to much dryer one. hope this works

This has happened to me just here recently and the plant turned out amazing. I wouldn't wory to much unless the real leaves start doin the same thing. Good luck!
