So, it's been a while since I've graced the pages of riu...

With the knowledge help and support of many members I've had many successful harvests and many skunky closets in shitty apartments in and around the shadier parts of town of my beloved city.
I have since moved on, and bought a house in the burbs... full time job, the car the dog the fenced in yard and have realized that something big is missing from my life.
I still smoke, but I haven't had a grow in about 2 years and miss it terribly. Now that I can afford to spend over 30 dollars on equipment to grow.
yeah, you can grow for under thirty bucks.
I'm looking for a cabinet that comes with an hps light has room for 8 or so plants, do a sog or scrog setup in a tight space that will have little to no heat. this is a must because we have no central air, and the room we will place the cabinet will have no air conditioning. meaning that the temperature in the house could be anywhere from 70 to 90 degrees in the summer months.

I'm looking for suggestions for complete cabs or maybe a quick somewhat cheap build and also interested in led's, the last i was on the site they where a somewhat burgeoning technology and was wondering if there had been any real progress and if it was worth it.

if the cab has veg and flower that would be great but i'm cool with a little cfl setup for veg and clones in a random closet in the house.
any help and insight will be greatly appreciated
thanks

Im looking in on LED's as well! Try installing a 6inch Duct Fan at the top of the cabinet, if thats what u use. Im currently growing with CFLS in a cabinet and had a problem with heat due to a room that had no Air as well! I tried COMP fans but had no luck with that, the temps climbed and climbed. After installing the 6in Duct Fan i can control the speed of the fan which means i can control the amount of warm air expelled from the Cabinet. I have a 6in Flex coming off the fan and being diverted to a Carbon Filter in a closet next to the Cabinet (cant be happier with this idea). Im no pro at indoor growing but this has worked for me quite well!! Goodluck and Happy Growing!!!
