Not saying what hes doing isn't wrong... just saying i DOUBT hes a fed. He DEFINETLY shouldn't be implying that hes looking for a hookup on the web
 
That's not even close to entrapment. LOL... Entrapment means they MADE YOU DO IT. Not, they offered and lied, you accepted..

i used to get these all the time, as you answer more threads you will get more and more stoners needing info. most pot heads like to read and chat. Also keep in mind most of these guys NEED what you make... they are trying to make a new connection
 
I got a PM just like that except I actually responded. Now that my grow is starting to mature and stink, and getting closer to harvest time, the level of paranoia is steadily rising. Now I wish I never replied to the guy that sent me a PM.
 
I got a pm from a guy that said he had seen that I was from tennessee and that I was getting ready to buy a 400w hps. he said he had an almost new one and he could not grow anymore and he would give it to me, all I had to do was tell him I lived and we could "hookup"...
 
Give you a 400w hps... them some mighty nice folks out there in Tennessee eh? Hahaha, hey man you going to Bonnaroo? Definitely could hook up out there!

I was watching this uk prog. panarama its called and they were keeping tab,s on this pervert web forum and the 1s running it was taking turns at running the web site then they waited untill they knew they were at work on there site and hit every 1 of them and shut down the site ,

I know we are not perv,s were friendly tokers but i guess thats how they would do it or just pick em off 1 by 1

I cant grow weed no more i just buy it of miserable scum but thats the law they created

yeah...it was pretty weird...I was kinda disappointed that used the lure of free light...it might have worked if he had been a little more imaginative...:mrgreen:
 
I'm sure cops browse these sites but I think most the growers here either do it legally or on a small scale. For the cops to track down the people who post locally then distinguish which ones have large operations and where the grow is locateed etc. is just too much work for possibly nothing.

I would assume though that if you got busted then they found your internet posts it could be used as evidence.
