you've got this story all wrong...unless it really was a cop. however, i believe this video is a prank and these guys were probably just really really high and thought itd be funny to prank the po.

its real, who cares how old it is? why does that make it any less interesting or worthy of being discussed? If you look up cop overdoses on marijuana using google you can read all the articles from the papers and see the clips from multiple newscasts talking about it(and its mainstream newspapers and stations im talking about so its not fake)
