Cooltube or aircooled hood?

I was thinking of getting a 250w I heard the cooltube doesnt have great light spread so I was thinking of this

but it looks bigger so would cooling it be a problem? I was hoping someone with experience with either could give some advice

That looks OK... just remember you have to get the glass that goes with it or else it
won't cool very well. I don't have any experience with the cool tubes, but they look ok
and there's no doubt they cool better than any other fixture because of the design, but
you're probably right about the light spread.

Edit: I just noticed that it comes with the glass lens.

That looks fine, and should cool great as long as you have a good inline duct fan. Might
not cool better than the Cool Tube, but it should throw better light spread.

its gonna be in my clothes closet in my room its about 4.2x6.3 and 6.7 But Im only gonna use about 4.2x2.2 of space, I think Im gonna have to use a cooltube because Im hoping I could exhaust the hot air upwards in the closet and have a couple 8to12in oscilating fans circulating air so I wont have to open the door to cool down the room because wouldnt that be a problem when there flowering? Im not sure though I dont know how long the light will take to cool this will be my first time growing indoors, Also would I be able to let the cooltube get the intake air from the growroom? cause I heard the moisture could blow ur bulb
