I have a steel cabenit 36" wide 20" deep and 70" tall. THe caninet can hold in temps really well and I want to keep things cool.
I have a 171 CFM fan, 200 CFM Phresh filter and 400 W HPS lamp and want to use some CFLs as side lighting.
How should I hook up the exhaust system?
Here are the options:
1. Suck through the hood (glass on or off???) keep the fan and filter out of the box and blow though the filter on the outside of the cabenit.
2. Find another fan just to cool the light and blow that out of the box with the glass on. THis might mean less filtering!
3. Suck through the filter first, then through the light then out of the cabenit (Glass on). This would mean a pressure drop through the light and less filtering I think.....
What to do???
