What you have to do in a case such as this is tell them what they want to hear and they'll be playing a totally different tune.
Hell yes your cheap ass garden hose in a mini fridge will work, not only that if you do it right it will also chill your beer and cool your home.
No need for AC , just run two garden hoses and turn the fridge on high.
I can tell you're a professional grower so I won't wish you any luck you have equipment AND skillz!

The smallest chiller they make is 2tons(10HP)
I dont think surna is a good fit for most people.
That reflector looks bad ass though. Probably costs a grand

Have you considered the possibility your 3hp chiller isnt of poor quality, but just over worked/undersized?

I got it used and the tank is pvc. That's the part that keeps breaking.
