Cooling a room in the summer.

Hello all, I realized last summer the only thing I cannot control in the grow is the Sumner time temps. So what are my options. I have a 12x7 room no windows plenty of power. I can't seem to find any options that don't require some outside air. Does anyone have any ideas or options for this? I've got about 600 watts of HLG.

Yes seems that is the only option besides a free standing unit with a hose. I had hoped there would be some free standing unit that didn't have hoses but no luck
Those free standing units aka portable AC are kinda weak and you need dual hose at least. Single hose portable AC is barely enough for drying…

I have several mini splits def the way to go. I’ve tried a couple different portables and they never worked well.

I’d suggest the mr cool diy if your handy, it’s a fairly easy install.

If your relative humidity is "fairly" low, you might want to think about a swamp cooler (evaporative cooler). They are way cheaper, both to buy and to operate. They are good for about a 20 degree farenheit reduction - if your humidity is low enough you can run the air thru 2 swamp coolers and go even lower.
