Cool tube question

ANYONE OUT THERE NO IF YOU CAN BUY REPLACEMENT GLASS FOR A COOL TUBE
I BOUGHT 1 OFF THE NET AND AFTER WAITING AGES FOR IT TO TURN UP THE GLASS IS SMASHED TO BITS

SO THE QUESTION IS CAN I BUY NEW GLASS FOR IT OR ANY IDEAS WHAT TO DO WITH IT
OR JUST BUY A NEW ONE

Damn, that's bad luck. I think with the expense you will probably be better getting another one. Can you not speak to the sender of the initial tube? I would highly recommend purchasing direct from a shop if you can. A guy on riu who owns a grow shop told me this always happens. Hope you get it sorted.

EDIT I have been looking for 200mm/8inch cool tubes for years and cannot find them. (In Europe)

sucks man, seeings how the cool tube is 90% glass your basically stuck with spare parts, im with dst, i would be on the phone bitching like a mad man. make them replace it asap.

I went to a local craft store and found a glass cylinder that was actually a candle holder. Works perfect and was less than $10. Might be worth checking out if you've got some craft stores near by.

already tried ringing and no joy they said it was down to the courier and to get in touch with them tried that and they said it wasn't insured thanks everyone for the reply's i'll just go straight to the shop next time. lesson learnt
