Thanx again Weedler! I saw in that thread that apparently some 400w MH bulbs won't fit in the Bake a Round, but mine will. The box it came in is only 2 1/2" wide. I guess they must vary ....

Yeah but I veg with T5's I think they work just as good but that is just my opinion because I only veg to 12" -15" tall granted more light intensity with the HID's but I like my results with t5 and lower electricity bills

I could take a pic of both of them, but our associate weedler already handled that lol

and I also veg with t5's mine is an eight tube fixture with a mixed spectrum 50/50 blue red and I LOVE my results with it

I can see vegging with T5's. There's a shorter range/distance of useful light, but it isn't like ya gotta pierce a deep canopy. In my case I'm still fumbling my way thru building my 1st box, but we will eventually need a closet veg chamber in the house. T5's will be the weapon of choice.
