Cool place ?

Ok im in Kentucky and I Have a Basement that gets kinda cool like a air conditioned room or a lil cooler. My Question is if i get a big container and cover the inside with foil with a 300w light in it .. Will my plant Grow? I Dont Know If a fan Should e added if it worked.. jus wondering ?

Yup. The light will raise temps by the plants at least 10 degrees. If its like low sixtys in there your fine. when it gets older it should have fresh air though.

I would use mylar over foil

yeah dont use foil...it'll burn your plants. flat white paint or mylar.
