Have it mixed and wet down (Damp) and in trash cans in the garage.

The Question:

Lids on or off?

I usually keep the lids on, but that is for a dry mix that hasn't been 'activated' so to speak.

I was concerned about anaerobic bacteria with the wet mix and no air, or very little, the lids aren't air tight. But still, I don't want it to go sour on me.

Any insights?
