Those all look like old aborts - that could be contamination affecting the mushrooms and causeing them to abort - at any rate, it looks like you are done - probably best not to eat those things - they don't look very healthy.

i read somewhere to scrape the top layer off and get as much aborts out as possible then soak for 4 hours in dark then fan, case, and put in fruiting. i dont know exactly wat to do. i dont really care to get anymore off this tub but i would like to learn what to do when this happends. i have another tub i just put in fruiting so i'm not worried about the 1st tub.

thing is you should have picked it clean first time around, including all aborts and pins.

SYMPTOMS OF LOW HUMIDITY

When the humidity is a bit low, but not low enough to stop fruiting, the mushrooms can have fuzzy white mycelium growing on the tops of the caps. When this occurs, the cap looks like it has a crown of white hair. This is not contamination. This white fuzzy mycelium is perfectly good and does not detract from the mushrooms quality.

The caps are black, they are old aborts and should have been cleared (as someone else mentioned) some time ago. This does not look like low humidity.
