contacting admin

I tried to post some pics was told Security token missing contact admin and i cant seem to find a pace to contact anyone help would be great

that usaully meansa someone has comprmised ur computer...ex hack into it..its common..i used to own a cpu repaid shop..this was a common issue....theyr proll;y tracking u right now...?
