Used a tent for the last few grows. Decided to upscale and use the whole room. 10x10 room 8 foot ceiling. 3- 600w hps. Lots of work to go. Have seeds started so need to get the room finished. Using 6x10 for flower and the closet for germinating and veg. The box is fans, (need to be quiet) ducting to filters in the next bedroom and recycling the heat to the house. Going to try a perpetual and see what happens.

Check out flowering clones and monstercropping. No need for mother plants and increased yield. I do not keep a mother anymore .

Congrats on planning out your upgrade! I would love to have a space like that. I basically do already, just divided up into nursery, mother stand and flower room.
How are you dividing the light between the two spaces, 1 for veg and two for flower?

I’m using 1 600w to cover 10 square feet and loving my results. I’ve heard people say a 1000w will cover a 4x4 (16sq ft). You may want another light or two in your flower chamber to cover 60 sq ft, depending on how nice you want your buds.

Are you doing training, Sea of Green clones, or any Scrogging to increase your yields?

The flower area is 6x10, that will give me room to maneuver around the plants. Coverage of each light is about 3x4, so in reality the flowering space is actually 4x9. 50w/sf. The lights are across the back of the room for flowering. Using the closet for germination and veg, using t5s in the closet. Will have to stack the clones or seeds on shelf above the veg plants.
