Conserving Weed... how do YOU do it?

My pet peeve is people who don't pass their shit and let it sit their and burn and burn and burn...easy way to waste bud.

I also have a clear medicine tube that I put the bud in that I'm going to smoke each day, I don't go back into my main stash for the rest of the day. I found that if I just kept going back to my jar every time I wanted to smoke I was a lot more wasteful with my bud.

it usually helps me to split it into different storage devices and hide it from my girlfriend

i keep some in my keif box and then i keep some in a medicine bottle in a video game box and then i keep some mroe in a tuperware thingie in my desk and even some more in a couple random crack sacks hidden in all the garbage in my desk

ill smoke whats in the keif box then ill break into another stash and dump it into the keif box

Thats actually one of my favorite ways to smoke. the one-hitter with a ring, on a bong. but than again, its nice to pass a nice fat packed bowl among friends.

I dont think i'd like a vape. i enjoy the smoke too much. call it somewhat of a fetish (;

the knives is just ghetto/free way to get vapor. use a vaporizer and it will be better. or for free you could use this knife method but you will burn some of the bud sometimes it is impossible to control the heat on a knife.

Im a traditional guy... joints, blunts, bongs, and bowls. I think the bowl is the most conservative... i get ripped using it. But I LOOOVE bong hits. I had a regular glass slide, but recently bought a bowl style slide... it pulls through MUUUUCH less. It was also cheap because its slightly defective- the hole on the inside isnt centered perfectly, its slightly to one side. This also helps the weed from being pulled through.

I also make my weed last by putting it into gram bags. I have $100 a week I can spend on pot, which usually gets me a quarter, with some $$ left over. I separate the 7 grams into 7 bags... one for each day of the week. If i run out early, I go without until its time to buy again. Its hard to make a gram last me a day sometimes, but when we get 3-4 people in a session who all throw down... good times. Group smoking usually makes me go through it faster- i love to smoke my friends up. A lot. When Im buy myself, I can make a gram last 2-3 days.

I don't waste bud by only smoking when i want to get high. Then i accept that, in order to get high, you have to smoke bud. Therefore, the bud is part of a process that makes me happy and is not wasted.

Interesting... From that statement, I assume you are high right now?.... lol

packing snappers in the bong saves plenty of weed if you can hit that shit in one hit.

lol. It's possible i was then. I'm not now. It still makes sense man, if you're paying that much attention to the bud, do you really enjoy it or are you just worrying about the money and it dissappearing?

I really dont try to conserve my bud, I pretty much smoke when I feel like smoking, I tend to have to smoke up all of my friends as I am the only one who grows so I almost always have some. But if I was to worry about conserving bud I would most likely smoke alone with a chillum... but really why do that when you can smoke a blunt with 5 friends?

IDK - i think if you don't have a hot box your freaking blowing it, definitely if you are smoking the kush.... burning your weed with a flame is like going back to dial up modem - vape your hits, quit being silly...

if you want to be real health conscious about your vapeage - you can clean your bong from head to toe and fill her with water and ice - take the tube "wip" from your hotbox and put an o-ring on the end of her and pull the hits from the hotbox vape thru the bong/water/ice - clear the bong, its the cleanest, purest, hit you will ever take. ever. =)

some people still use windows 98 and smoke out of a metal pipe but - idk - im on that osx10.5 kick and i've got a vape =/

i put little pieces of bud in places i check often, then i forget about it for a week untill i look there

tell me somthin' guys, I figured I could easily use about half of a j or something like that with this damn thing...(doesn't take much for me, thank god)...I would guess the piece of bud would be no bigger than the size of my pinky nail.....ya sure I could just get ripped with $100 joint...but what's the point.....a dimer last me about 3 weeks...my tolerance isn't that great.....which i think is blessing in disguise...that's just my opinion though guys....

My question to you all is....how intense do you guys/gals think the hit would be from that bong???

Damn, that sounds good. I havent really been one to look at vapes with any kind of intention of owning one, but that right there... makes me wonder.

As far as I have experienced, and im sure its common knowledge... every piece has a different hit. All bongs have a different voice, if you will. My good friend Ashley, has a 1 footer she's named Dorthy, due to its streak of yellow and what looks to be greenery and blue sky around it. Its just the glass colors though, not intentionally made to look like the yellow brick road or anything. She's bought a red sparkly bowl for it to finish off the story, lol. But it bubbles really deep. I mean the thing is loud as hell when you clear the chamber. The hit is really smooth though.

Anywho, the point of this random story.... i dont know. but take the hit. tell us how it goes, lol

I am a religious blunt smoker, they are what i love the most (grape swishers mmmmm) but when im running low i stop smoking so many blunts and just stick to bowls to better conserve. Hey if it gets u high do it.
