Under Lamont’s proposal unveiled this week, adult use cannabis sales would begin in May 2022. Adults aged 21 and older would be permitted to have possession of up to 1.5 ounces of marijuana, although the proposal says that growing pot at home is not allowed (the criminal penalties for such would be “substantially reduced,” however).

When states don’t allow home grown I think it’s greedy, they want to tax all of it, fuck that! Most people are going to the dispensary if it’s legal anyway, growing is a lot of work.

Ct. tax is off the wall,gas tax,car tax,real estate tax you name it they tax it.So it's only fair we should b allowed to grow at home.legal weed is very expensive here so I enjoy growing my own like my gelato cross from "the plug" seedbank
