Yup I feed trolls on my off time. It helps me sleep at night knowing I can still do something charitable, without the government forcing me to donate such kindness.

Trolls, come out, come out, wherever you are...
what is the mooch bleating about?

Oh, there's a troll.

Welcome to the looney bin, would you like some deep fried insurance, BBQ'ed in government mandates? It's a top seller around here, so you're going to want it while it's hot.
does the mooch want an army to protect our nation and then skip town when the bill comes due?

I am conflicted about growers going to jail when they spend endless hours arguing for Obama and against Ron Paul, when the choice between those two on this very specific issue is so clear.
old mcronald wants to let your state ban cannabis totally if they so choose. what's that? so does obama?

well i'll be! they have the exact same position of letting the state fuck you over.

what's that? old mcronald would have no choice but to enforce the same congressionally passed federal laws on drugs, just the same as obama? well darn, looks like we're in a tight spot.

When the person busted spends lots of time supporting the status quo it becomes difficult to feel much sympathy though.
old mcronald, 24 years n congress, lifelong politician, beltway insider IS the status quo you bleating cranky sorehead.

desert douche gets his rocks off on seeing growers go to prison.

i've heard of places getting busted, but no reports as to whether they were in full compliance with state law. since you made the claim, you get to hunt down the examples.

at least 2 examples would be nice. get started, kiddo.
How about 1 direct example from the OP video.

As testified by Representative Barbara Lee (Democrat) - Berkley Patients Group in her district got busted by the DEA after working closely with the city to be in state compliance. She is stating it at 34:00 minutes into the video.

She sites other items.

I already told the fucking idiot to watch the video several times yet he refuses too because he wants to sit around drinking his high fructose corn syrup and fluoride acting like he's too good for an answer, when in reality he is simply too retarded to get it. He asks me for proof when its on the first fucking post. Futher more he is the only one who should be providing proof especially since he is claiming all these mmj state leaders are lying and making shit up. PROVE IT RETARD BUCK!.:dunce:

you can work closely with the city to be compliant but still be buying expensive luxury vehicles in violation of CA rules for non-profits, ya know.

we put a voter initiative on the ballot and we the people approved, no help from old mcronald at all.

you bring your overpriced $400 shit ounces up here and you'll be laughed out of town. oregon only allows the cost of supplies and utilities to be reimbursed. i'd ask for more reimbursement if it didn't put me out of compliance with state law, like the non-profit "compassion" clubs who charge $400 an ounce do when they buy fancy cars instead of reinvesting back into their co-op.

I drive older Japanese cars not new fancy cars, and 400$ an ounce can be exactly what you put in it. Genetics, water, elec, nutes, medium, pots, resivoir, time, effort etc etc etc.
I would sell my grams for 5 dollars if i only put that much into it, believe me if you want quality around here you have to pay more $$$ just like with anything you get what you pay for. Im not using cheap nutes and lights and genes where you probably are and can get away with charging so little but my patients expect medicinal top shelf dense nug not weed.

The states say the dispensaries are compliant. The DEA is busting them.

You asked for examples and I provided one. I doubt you took the time to look into any details of the case.

You are just content to troll and bully the other people on the forum.

After all, you should be in support of this legislation simply because it does enforce the Obama - Holder Memo on medical marijuana usage.

But we both know that's not why you are here troll...

As if his 5 dollar grams are under the radar. Look buck obama will send DEA after you just as much as the guy selling for 400 an ounce so once again you make no damn sense. If you're so sure of your self, then call your local DEA office and tell them your a mmj patient selling 5 dollar grams to other patients fully in compliance with oregon state law, go on ill wait. Also tell them how many plants your currently growing and how much product you have ready on hand for sale. Oh dont forget to mention your following the holder memo lol :lol:

i have about a half an ounce here. i'm sure that puts me as high on the radar as harborside or whatever the hell the name is of the place.

no sales either. just reimbursement for cost of supplies and utilities. there's no way to justify the overpriced rip off $14 grams you are hustling.

working closely with the city doesn't mean the city looks t their tax returns.
So, what you are saying.... Is the Drug Enforcement Agency is busting dispensaries for IRS violations?????

Are you fucking serious? The IRS is quite capable of enforcing it's own laws. The DEA does not prosecute financial crimes. Do you have to stoop this low just to entertain yourself?

The DEA is busting legitimate state compliant dispensaries and charging them with DRUG crimes. This is not an IRS issue, this is a violation of states rights.

You ignored my question and valid point so I will rephrase it for you.

The amendment prevents the DEA from getting funding to prosecute LEGAL state dispensaries. Why do you have a problem with that?
