Confused on what im doing wrong…

Hello everyone, i have two young plants going one is gorilla cake auto and the other is ak47 auto. They dont look too good.. Im decently new to soil and growing in general. Im using ffof soil and ive heard it pretty hot soil… i have the plants under a marshydro ts600. 24 hrs on. I have only been using ph tap water with some mycorrhizae. Their about 2 weeks old now. It stays around 65-73 degrees in their area. Humidity stays around 50 is currently 46 tho. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

How often are you watering/how much are you watering?
Those temps are pretty low, you want more in the upper 70s/low 80s for day time

I try to water only when dry but im not sure on how to check if its the right time to water. But usually about every 3-4 days.

Those look pretty dry. You want to maintain some moisture in the soil at all times. If you let it dry out completely the roots can't grow. The soil can also become hydrophobic leaving dry spots that stay dry even after watering because the water just runs off.

So i checked the soil it is really dry so i watered and found out the soil has become hydrophobic…. Is there a way to fix this???
Dishsoap is a quick fix. Don't go nuts a little goes a long way. Few DROPS in your feed will help. Best thing for hydrophobic soil is yucca extract
What medium is it?
Edit. Seen FF. Yikes. I hate that stuff. Search fox farms and 98% of threads are problems with fox farms
