Ok this is my third time ever growing in hydro. I'm growin in a closet and it is 15" x 24" x 3.5 feet tall (hower plant can't be more than 30" tall from base of plant to top)

Growing either 1 or 2 fem plants purple wreck from the reserva privada..... If I grow 2 plants I'm put them under 26 watt for 2 weeks 24/0 and then veg for 1 week under 150 watt hps 18/6.... My question is 2 plants to much ??? I don't either understand the scrog techinique either, also heard I should lollipop with scrog. But can I lollipop in flower since I'm only vegging 1 week plant won't be big.

The point of scrog is to put a rigid screen up above the plant a bit then let the plant grow into the screen then bend the head over and under the next part of the screen making the plants branches catch up to the head then you bend those heads over and under so other branches reach canopy. You are going to want to fill a percentage of the screen in veg so when you flip to flower you can fill the remainder of the screen with the stretch in flower by continuing to bend the heads under the screen. This makes for a short, dense (wider than taller) plant canopy. I'm sure this method will require longer than 1 week veg even in that size space, the whole point of scrog is to maximize yield from single plants rather than numbers of plants. O ya and yes everything under the screen should be eliminated (lollipoped).

^ good explanation. Just think or visualize a vine running up a wall. Same concept here only your using a screen as a wall and forcing the plant to grow under the screen. As mentioned above you want to veg long enough to get about 60% of the screen filled depending on strain (if you run scrog it's best to run from clones that way your next grow will be dialed in as far as screen fill) then flip to flower. You will want to continue to weave the plant under the screen for ten days or so then just let it flower. Usually about halfway into the stretch is when you want to trim under the screen for airflow and also to get rid of the popcorn buds. Once your buds start through the screen and go vertical you will want to adjust the light as they grow. Just make sure your within your lights limit of penetration into the canopy by the time they finish and your good. Good luck and I hope my rambling was somewhat of a further explanation.

I think you might be confused. Little to no veg time along with lollie popping plants, sounds more like a SOG.

What Drgreen has a fore mentioned is a SCROG.

If you want one plant with many tops go SCROG.(long veg time) If you want many plants with 1 main top cola go SOG.(short veg time) but you better be good at cloning, lol.

You can combine the two if your limited on space. Lollypopping through screens.
WTF? how are you going to combine sog and scrog. What kind of time, space continuum do you work with? lmao

Can you also combine Dwc and areo in this world?

I mean you can put a screen above a SOG to support the plants, but that wont make it a SCROG.

Lollipopping or whatever is actually just taking all of the under growth and side branching off of the short veged clone so that it only grows one top. All the energy so to speak, that would have been used on what is taken off is focused on the main flower in 12/12. I call them lean, mean bud machines but mountain boy is right you can't combine SOG and SCROG. They are similar in respect to the fact that you take off the undergrowth but in the case of the scrog it's what won't reach the screen. Think of the screen in scrog as a cage that holds the plant down making it grow horizontal during veg then supports the flowers in flower as they grow up naturally through the screen.
