Confused about plant problem.

I read many different deficiency guides such as and including the ones posted in multiple areas. Its a bubbleponics system with top feed. Im more confused as to what the problem could be as the symptoms look similar to many deficiencies. I keep th ph between 5.5 and 6.5 and let it fluctuate before adjusting to avoid overcorrection. Here are some more photos the as symptoms have moved to healthy leaves now and this shit is discouraging as fuck. Here are some more recent photos. As of now i just flushed the whole sytem out to clean out anything. Now I'm going to start feeding at a much reduced rate to prevent anymore damage. I am using the Fox Farm trio and their "kelp me kelp you" all at half suggested strength according to their feeding guide. My res looked dirty as fuck and had some brown sediment which looked to be from the ferts. Any ideas?

Are you new in general or just to this fancy bubbleponics stuff? I know nothing of it, but if you are totally knew may want to learn to drive a chevy cavalier before driving a racecar... as in maybe try simpler set up like coco, soil, even hempy pot w perlite vermiculite...

I could be wrong but it would make sense to me, at least in this foggy moment

I'm new in general. I got Jorge's growing bible and have read it however there is just so much vital information actually attained through experience. I understand what you are saying and while you may be right and I might crash and burn a few times, I feel pretty confident and up to the challenge. Go big or go home right lol.

Thanks leather lung. When I was trying to diagnose them it was easy to be a hypochondriac but I did think it was very possibly many deficiencies and toxic. My guess is I jumped up in ppms way too fast by overfertilizing and in turn caused ph swings that could have even played a role. Im trying to use the KISS method now.
