So I'm confused about the whole co2 setup...
I bought a 20lb tank, but not sure where to go from here.
I know I need a regulator, but do I also need a elaborate co2 controller ?
Im looking at buying this on eBay....

it says its a complete setup but I don't see any controller, just a regulator.
Is the controller always needed? I'm doing a small 3k indoor grow.
